Forez was founded in 1996 as a small tool shop. Since then, it has had a long, but very steep, upward journey. With its series deliveries of metal parts shot peened or assembled into plastic, the company ranks among the more competent manufacturers and with its metal-plastic deliveries, it has moved into the narrower group of system suppliers of the so-called second pillar in automotive production, both for domestic and multinational companies.

Solution

Multi-licensing implementation of MES PHARIS for production control in the plastics, tooling and metal moulding shops. In addition, our system is also deployed in the Romanian production branch of this valued long-standing customer. One of the specifics of this client is that MES PHARIS is used here as the primary process manager, which is usually a matter of ERP systems. Then we could mention the automatic generation of production documentation, advanced reporting (a must for the automotive industry), detailed production scheduling, etc.
