Deployment of MES PHARIS at two production plants in the Czech Republic, where it ensures efficient operator management, detailed OEE tracking, quality and inspection process management, and real-time production reporting.

In 2025, we successfully implemented the MES PHARIS system at KOVO Koudelka, a smaller machining company currently employing 35 people.

The solution includes the collection of production data from 37 injection molding machines, integration with the QI ERP system (in cooperation with Melzer), and the digitalization of key manufacturing processes in compliance with the IATF 16949 standard. As a result, the customer benefits from a unified flow of information and improved real-time visibility of production.

Implementation of APS and comprehensive digitalization of the injection molding shop, including the collection of technological parameters from injection molding machines. Our solution contributed to increased production efficiency and profitability.

Implementation of advanced data collection and production monitoring. The solution provided the company’s management with a real-time, up-to-date overview of machine utilization, production quality, and overall productivity. The project directly supports continuous improvement initiatives, loss prevention, and the optimization of production capacity.
