Production Timeline
The timeline is one of the significant tools that demonstrably helps to increase OEE.
It is a dynamic graphic component that provides transparency to the production status. It compares the actual operation of the machine with the data entry discipline of operators and setters.
It effectively displays discrepancies between the machine run and the information entered via the production terminal.
For a user-selected group of machines, the system allows for the graphical display of two lines for each machine:
- machine running line – real cycles automatically collected from the machine,
- production line – machine status, events (production, downtime, set up…), downtime, operator, deviations, inspection, production order, operation, schedule, etc.

MES PHARIS has an integrated application for user report creation, which offers a standard set of the most commonly used reports as well as the ability for users to create their own.
