The production plant of Continental Czech Republic s.r.o. in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm is one of the largest production plants of the company and the largest employer in the region. Since 1995, the company has been manufacturing products for the automotive industry for brands such as Daimler, Ford, Volkswagen, General Motors and BMW.

Solution

The MES PHARIS production information system covers the layer for complex collection of technological data of each production cycle, their analysis and processing for the needs of quality assurance (QA) processes. At the same time, our system here provides advanced tool management, primarily of moulds, in the plastics moulding plant.
