One of our first implementation projects and a long-term customer. The MES PHARIS production information system plays the role of a production system for the control and monitoring of metalworking operations. Today, our system covers a wide range of processes, but the implementation itself was an example of how you can start small and see results immediately. At first, our focus was only on the key elements of production, i.e. collecting production cycles from each workplace and online registration of production workers. Using the OEE module’s timeline, the positive feedback didn’t take long to come in. The significant improvement in work ethic was underscored by the sheer numbers documentable for each activity in the production process.
