MES PHARIS provides comprehensive production management, including the high demands of our detailed planning and scheduling module (APS).
Extreme demands are placed on the APS module and the process of releasing production orders into production, due to the frequent low-volume production resulting from the prototyping process. The supervision of tools (moulds) for small production batches is also part of production.
An important motive for maximizing the use of possible automated scenarios in MES PHARIS is the fact that the hourly wage of a production employee is still more than double compared to Central and Eastern Europe. The consistent implementation of Industry 4.0 principles in production in this company is therefore based on the clear cost savings resulting from the optimisation of all production processes.
