The PHARIS production system is involved in the comprehensive production management of the plastic moulding and assembly plant, including the extension of production logistics. The high demands arising from deliveries to the world’s most prestigious automotive manufacturers are transferred from the customer directly to ATEK’s production. An illustrative example is the setting up of Just In Sequence (JIS) processes – previously, the product sequence was prepared at the automotive plant, whereas today the responsibility for the required product sequence is transferred to the supplier and is therefore part of the order from the automotive plant itself. Meeting these requirements on the manufacturer’s side is therefore a matter of proper planning and scheduling of production orders, production management and container filling. At ATEK, this functionality is fully supported by PHARIS.
