Solution

The primary goal of the implementation project was to replace the existing foreign MES and APS solution, which suffered from insufficient support. Thanks to leveraging the already established infrastructure, the project progressed very quickly. We focused mainly on increasing production efficiency and identifying critical points, including the setup of automatic notifications for non-standard situations—such as downtime, delays, or cases requiring intervention.
