MES PHARIS provides comprehensive production control of the plastic moulding plant and assembly workshop, including machine data collection, quality control, visualisation and more. The project includes a solution for two-way communication with ERP HELIOS. It is a reference workplace of the MES PHARIS system. The implementation of the system itself faced many challenges, one of the biggest being the connection of all press machines, regardless of their age, brand and technical capabilities. In addition to machines that support industry standards such as Euromap 63, data from machines that communicate only via the parallel LPT interface are also transferred to MES PHARIS. Here, MES PHARIS has demonstrated a high degree of variability in the machine connections, which has enabled the digitisation of production to take place in full even on very old machines.
