PHARIS has secured a new contract to implement the MES PHARIS system at PYROTEK’s manufacturing plant in Blansko. PYROTEK is a global engineering and manufacturing company specializing in products and solutions for high-temperature industrial processes, particularly in the production and processing of metals and glass. Its products serve the automotive, aerospace, and other industrial sectors.
The aim of the project is to optimize real-time production management, primarily at manual workstations. MES PHARIS will be integrated with the company’s INFOR ERP system and the APS LOGIS planning system. The main expectations include gaining an accurate online overview of work in progress, production equipment and operator efficiency, the digitalization of production documentation, and other related areas.
The project implementation will provide PYROTEK with greater transparency of its production processes and a reliable data foundation for further increasing manufacturing efficiency and profitability.
