This week, we are launching a new project for the engineering company MS ProTech. It is a dynamically growing company based in Northern Moravia, specializing in CNC custom manufacturing of machined parts, welded assemblies, and assembled units.
The main objective of the implementation is the delivery of the PHARIS APS and MES system, including Power BI reporting, to increase production efficiency.
Key project highlights include:
- Connectivity: Integration of 22 CNC machines with the MES system.
- ERP integration: Full integration of MES and APS with the ABRA ERP system. As part of the project, we are developing our own standardized interface to the ABRA ERP API, which will be easily transferable to future projects using this ERP system.
- Monitoring & notifications: Performance and quality KPIs, Power BI reporting, real-time monitoring of orders and machines, including automatic event notifications.
This step is crucial for improving efficiency, eliminating downtime, and enabling faster responses to planning changes.
