TECHNO Vyškov is a modern Czech company that has been active on the market for more than 20 years. It specializes in the design and manufacturing of molds for plastic injection molding, as well as subsequent serial production. Plastic parts are primarily produced from thermoplastic materials on machines with clamping forces ranging from 35 to 300 tons, including the production of parts using two-component injection molding technology.

Solution

We primarily supported the customer with APS and the comprehensive digitalization of the injection molding shop, including the collection of technological parameters from injection molding machines. Our solution contributed to increased production efficiency and profitability.
