At the beginning of September 2025, we successfully launched MES PHARIS in trial operation at KOVO Koudelka. The company is a smaller metal machining business with currently 35 employees. The main goal of the implementation project was to replace the existing foreign MES and APS solutions that lacked sufficient support. Thanks to the already established infrastructure, the project progressed very quickly. We focused primarily on increasing production efficiency and identifying critical points, including setting up automatic notifications for non-standard situations – downtimes, delays, or cases requiring intervention.
