We are pleased to announce a new project for the implementation of the MES PHARIS system at Řetězy Vamberk, a traditional Czech manufacturer of industrial chains with a long history and a strong position in the market.
The project is focused on the digitalization and optimization of processes across the entire production operation. The scope of the implementation includes the integration of MES PHARIS with the VISION ERP system and the connection of more than 70 production machines for automated data collection and production performance analysis.
Key areas of the project include:
- Integration of MES PHARIS with VISION ERP
- Machine connectivity, including collection of cycle data, machine status information, technological parameters, and DNC communication
- Real-time visibility of work-in-progress (WIP)
- Objective evaluation of production equipment and operator efficiency
- Digitalization and optimization of production management workflows
- Identification and elimination of inefficient activities and waste on the shop floor
- Use of an alarm management system for faster response times and more effective workforce coordination
- Visualization of production progress and key performance indicators (KPIs) on large-format display screens
The project will provide both management and production personnel with accurate, up-to-date information to support daily decision-making. Expected benefits include greater transparency of manufacturing processes, reduced work-in-progress inventory, and the creation of conditions for further improvements in productivity and operational efficiency.
