We are pleased to announce the launch of a project to implement the PHARIS Manufacturing Execution System (MES) at CECHO – BOHUMIL CEMPÍREK, a major supplier in the field of plastic injection molding. The project is being carried out with the support of a public grant and includes a comprehensive solution featuring production planning (APS).
Key project parameters:
- Implementation of MES + APS for efficient production management and planning
- Data acquisition from 37 injection moulding machines of Arburg, Engel and Babyplast brands
- Integration with the QI ERP system to ensure seamless information flow
- Digitization and integration of processes in compliance with the IATF 16949 standard
This step marks an important milestone in the digitalization of CECHO’s manufacturing processes and contributes to greater efficiency, transparency, and standardization of the production environment.
