We have launched a new project to implement the MES PHARIS system at the Gumotex production plant in Jaroměř. The primary goal is to meet the high requirements of auditors for new projects carried out for BMW. The project focuses mainly on production digitalization, with an emphasis on quality management in compliance with IATF 16949 standards. MES PHARIS will be integrated with the ERP system E1 (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne) and will communicate with EPP molding machines (for processing extruded polypropylene).
The implementation represents another step for Gumotex Jaroměř in its journey toward digital manufacturing, aimed at increasing production efficiency, profitability, and delivery reliability.
