{"id":11711,"date":"2025-04-17T07:00:31","date_gmt":"2025-04-17T05:00:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pharis.cz\/?p=11711"},"modified":"2025-06-17T11:44:51","modified_gmt":"2025-06-17T09:44:51","slug":"miracles-and-merits","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pharis.cz\/en\/blog-en\/miracles-and-merits\/","title":{"rendered":"Miracles and merits"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s Easter, and the theme of miracles feels a little closer to us right now.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;d like to share the experience of one of our customers.<\/p>\n<p>During last year&#8217;s floods, he lost his entire factory and was looking for available production capacities in order to fulfill his contracted orders. He quickly came to the following conclusions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There is a huge number of manufacturers with available capacities \u2014 you can just choose.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiations often ended with the question of whether he wanted to buy the factories (the \u201caffected\u201d being asked to buy the \u201cunaffected\u201d).<\/li>\n<li>In most cases where cooperation was initiated, they ran into fundamental inefficiencies in production.<\/li>\n<li>Many companies do not address their poor condition (few orders, inefficient production) at all \u2014 they are literally just waiting for a miracle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I&#8217;m not here to say that a MES system, like our own MES PHARIS, is a miracle \u2014 it&#8217;s certainly not one by itself. It&#8217;s a tool, an aid for someone who is willing to earn their miracle through hard work. And then, this tool can help improve efficiency and contribute to securing new \u2014 often more lucrative \u2014 orders.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s fascinating to observe. One customer barely escaped disaster \u2014 a miracle, really \u2014 and just months after the catastrophe, restarted part of his production, is fulfilling existing orders, and landing new ones.
