The module provides a comprehensive controlled maintenance process from effective maintenance planning, automatic invocation of maintenance requirements, ensuring supervision over implementation of maintenance to its registration and evaluation.
MES PHARIS maintenance management offers clear registration and management of maintenance requirements for equipment, technologies or tools. It enables registration of prophylactic inspections, completed revisions and repairs. Maintenance requirements can be created automatically based on of predefined rules or can be created manually, eg. for the purpose of ad hoc resolution of unexpected failures and repairs, or requirements for external maintenance suppliers. Maintenance can consume the spare parts purchased or create requirements for production of in-house spare parts.
System supports management of maintenance models, which allow you to group equipment and workplaces into predefined hierarchical groups for classification of individual maintenance requirements. It is possible to assign responsible staff to each maintenance model.
