KPI - KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS, REPORTING SYSTEM

These are the most frequently used production performance indicators:

• Pareto of downtimes and micro-downtimes,
• efficiency of operators,
• efficiency of setters,
• PPH, hourly output,
• cycle metrics,
• BGE – Batch genealogy,
• traceability of products.

MES PHARIS is a tool for finding bottlenecks and analyse their cause.

Overall Equipment Efficiency is the primary indicator for production perfomance comparisons.

OEE it is intended for identification of problematic areas in which production lags behind standard times.

MES PHARIS offers a wide range of indicators for efficiency evaluation of machines, they are mainly:

• OEE, TEEP,
• usage, loading, fullfillment, quality,
• MTTR, MTBF.

MES PHARIS uses work calendars to define machines’ & personnel‘s availability in shifts. Availability of operators acts also as a constraint in the planning and scheduling of production.

OEE Timeline is one of the important tools helping to increase the total OEE.

It is dynamic graphic component that makes the state of production more transparent. It compares the real operation of machines with the discipline of operators and setters.

It clearly displays discrepancies between machine’s run and information input via production terminal.

For user-selected group of machines, PHARIS displays graphically 2 lines for each machine:

• Machine’s run line – real cycles collected automatically from machine
• production line – machine status, events (production, downtime, setting...), downtimes, operator, deflection, control, work order, operation, plan, etc...

MES PHARIS has integrated application for custom creation of reports, it offers standard set of the most frequently used reports, as well as custom report editor.
