<p class="perex PT50 limitW2">Customers require manufacturers to provide digital, unbiased monitoring and traceability of production parameters. Production conditions are usually demonstrated in customer audits. At the same time, traceability helps manufacturers maintain a constant &#8211; required quality of production. We are able to ensure the traceability of production for a production batch, a packaging unit (KLT boxes, wire baskets, crates) or for each manufactured part &#8211; a unique piece identification.   </p>
<p class="PT30 limitW2">MES PHARIS Production Logistics module provides you with an overview of which goods or semi-finished products are being produced, in what quantities and where they are stored outside of standard stock (pending work orders). It is an interactive plugin for MES PHARIS, which offers significant added value for material management in SAP or other ERP systems in real time. </p>
<p class="PT30 limitW2">In ERP system, raw materials and inventories of finished products are usually posted back as soon as the whole production order is completed. Conversely, MES PHARIS offers significantly higher level of detail in addition to significantly shorter delay times.<br />When using MES PHARIS, you can count the products and semi-finished products produced on any production operation of a production order in progress. Therefore, accurate and up-to-date information on material consumption and manufactured stocks is available online at any time.   </p>

<h2>Digitisation and traceability of production through packaging units</h2>
<p> Packaging units are packaging units, KLT boxes, wire baskets, pallets, etc. The packaging unit system is aimed at filling packaging and pallet units in production. The module allows for unit inspection and handling. Recording of packaging units with a link to production allows to increase the traceability of product or semi-finished product data. Packaging units can be filled and processed in multiple operations. MES PHARIS supports the merging or splitting of a packaging unit into multiple packaging units, while still maintaining the assumption of ensuring traceability of packaging units across all manufacturing operations that have been involved in the packaging unit.       &nbsp;</p>

<h2>Unique identification of part/piece</h2>
<p>  The MES PHARIS system enables comprehensive traceability and traceability down to the level of the specific part being manufactured. Thus, we do not only deal with the traceability of the packaging unit, but also of the specific part stored in it. This is a requirement that suppliers in the automotive, electrical or e.g. armaments industry are forced to meet. In the automotive industry, these are mainly safety parts, fuel system components, selected interior parts and others. For unique identification of parts in projects we use barcode, QR code or it is possible to use connection to laser burning ID.        &nbsp;</p>

<h2>Just In Sequence</h2>
<p> It is a module of production logistics that ensures control of the prescribed sequence of manufactured pieces, i.e. according to the JIS (Just In Sequence) system. This may be a key area that the customer may require from the manufacturer and is a prerequisite for winning a new project. The principle of Just In Sequence (JIS) is that products are manufactured and filled into a container in the order in which the pieces are delivered to the customer according to the JIS principle. The MES PHARIS system within the JIS module checks the loading of the correct product at the workplace in the prescribed sequence. Another control is the quality control of the product. If the checks do not go well, further processing of the product is blocked. To resolve a blocked production, it is possible to use a call to the quality engineer from the production terminal, who has the authority to unblock the production. The process is completed by printing a container label.         &nbsp;</p>

<h2>KANBAN &#8211; system of advanced material management requirements in production</h2>
<p> The KANBAN module is used to manage material requirements in production. The system ensures the creation of material requirements according to the current and future needs of production facilities and workplaces. Operators can create requests for material delivery to a given workplace. In addition to the material delivery, the system also handles the removal of materials (finished products and waste) from the production facility. Material requests are further processed by warehouse operators. The requests are used to retrieve the requested material and to prepare the material for delivery to the machine/workplace. The material requirements are further processed by the material handlers who ensure that the material is picked up and delivered to the ordering location. Handlers see a queue of requests to be moved from their current position to a new position. All pick, drop and pick requests are created and managed by staff using tablets or production terminals.         &nbsp;</p>

<p>  To support Lean Manufacturing and to fulfil the SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Dies) programme, MES PHARIS offers the function of predicting the approaching end of a production operation. This allows optimization and reduction of overhead times associated with retooling or rebuilding equipment. This function also helps in the timely preparation of materials, packaging units or tooling. It is possible to set up the system to alert the necessary persons (manipulator, adjuster&#8230;) when the end of the job is approaching. <p class="PT30 limitW2">MES PHARIS maintenance management offers clear registration and management of maintenance requirements for equipment, technologies or tools. It enables registration of prophylactic inspections, completed revisions and repairs. Maintenance requirements can be created automatically based on of predefined rules or can be created manually, eg. for the purpose of ad hoc resolution of unexpected failures and repairs, or requirements for external maintenance suppliers. Maintenance can consume the spare parts purchased or create requirements for production of in-house spare parts.     </p>

<p class="perex PT50">Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) provides comprehensive preparation of production orders, aiming to find the optimal distribution of production operations.</p>
<p class="PT30">The optimized production plan respects given constraints such as deadlines, connectin between operations, availability of resources, etc. If necessary, while searching for optimal plan, it is possible to simulate the availability of individual resources over time and monitor their impact on draft schedule. In this way, it is possible to identify bottlenecks or look for other possible optimizations at the level of work organization or material resources (availability of input components, semi-finished products, etc.).   </p>
<p class="PT30">In simulations, all values of production orders can be parameterized, such as required quantity, delivery date, available material resources, staff, order priority, etc., and thus give your employees a powerful tool, thanks to which they are able to prepare and manage production shift with maximum efficiency.</p>
<p class="PT30">During compilation of schedule, algorithm takes into account current state of production and in cooperation with <a href="https://pharis.cz/cs/klicova-reseni/klicove-oblasti-rizeni-udrzby/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Maintenance Management module, </a>the plan also includes planned downtimes or individual maintenance requirements. Thanks to this, the APS module works not only with data coming from the business layer (typically from ERP), but also with current and future capacities of the production itself. Generating the optimal schedule thus not only enables the preparation of shift, but also gives you the possibility of effective rescheduling of production even during the current shift.  </p>

<p>MES PHARIS enables controlled uploading of programs/parameters to the control systems of production and assembly lines.</p>
<p>MES PHARIS supports two transmission modes:</p>

<p>For effective production management with an emphasis on maintaining the maximum level of profitability, MES PHARIS includes the Alarm System module. This module prevents the occurrence of undesirable situations in production, such as production with too high a scrap rate, production slowdown, non-compliance with quality, or. non-compliance with standards. At the same time, the task of this module is to reduce unproductive times in production, with the support of the SMED (Rapid Change Program) method.   </p>

<p>The alarm system provides tools for online monitoring of critical parameters and their evaluation in order to trigger a possible alarm. The aim of the system is to notify staff in a timely manner of the alarm condition and to record feedback. </p>

<p>MES PHARIS allows the user to define alarm conditions that determine what values and within what limits should trigger the alarm.
