there is available the application update, etc. As we know how valuable your time is, we are able to respond very quickly to your stimuli. We perform service
activities on remote basis (without necessity of physical presence in the point of installation) and usually on the running system background.
Helpdesk
The clients of our company have available an electronic helpdesk, operated on our server and so it can be accessed from any place – similarly as for example your favourite freemail.
It is an electronic notice board in fact. A user may write a notice there and it is automatically directed to our competent employee, who sends a response to the
user in the same way. Helpdesk can also be used for making various proposals, presentation of ideas or requirements for adjustments.
