PHARIS® MES for batch manufacturing

Equipment

Screen: Production model

MES PHARIS® co-operates with real world through the production model, consisting of production devices and their mutual relations. The model allows to express the relations from the parent enterprise via local production down to measuring and regulation elements. Thanks to the evidence of devices it is also possible to monitor their status for the maintenance purposes. The hierarchy of MES PHARIS® production model complies to ANSI/ISA-88

Planning

The module allows medium-term and short-term planning of manufacture. The plan consists of instructions containing all and any information necessary for the manufacturing process. If the instructions are primarily entered to the external system (for example ERP) they can be transferred to the MES PHARIS® system that will arrange their processing and execution.

Production preparation

Screen: Recipe management

The module serves for creation of recipes (work prescriptions), according to which the manufacture of individual products is controlled. The recipes consist of operations. It is possible to create sample operations and to compose recipe templates of them. A unique recipe is created in a smart way by setting the parameters of the templates. This attitude strongly accelerates the whole process of preparation. Advanced management of materials is the part of the module.

Production control and monitoring

Screen: Production order

The module Production arranges monitoring and management of batch production according to the control recipe as from the start of the production order up to the final release of the product. The module leads the crew through unit control recipes (work procedures) and their operations. During the production process, there is the Electronic Batch Record (EBR) consecutively created, containing all the real data connected with production. The data may be recorded automatically (for example from PLC). The data are kept for consequent assessment as well as a proof of production (for example for regulative authorities or client audits). The EBR appearance may be practically identical with your current paper record.

The module may be bilaterally inter-connected with the enterprise information system and so there can be realised the automatic transfer of production information.

The module Production of the system MES PHARIS® supports process management according to established standards ANSI/ISA S88 and ANSI/ISA-95.00.01-2000 (Enterprise-Control System Integration) Part1 up to 3.

Trends

Screen: Trend detail

A comfort view of the trend of values pof historised technological units in the form of a graph. The displayed courses may be processes, analysed, printed or exported to CSV. There is available the "fullscreen" displaying mode, the real time mode and many other tools for comfortable work with graphs.

The individual courses of values in time – the items are associated into a trend, the trends are further organised into groups.

Technological screens

Screen: Technologic screens

The module displays current statuses of production devices in the form of graphic visualisation. The information is presented in a similar way as in SCADA systems. Thanks to the hierarchic attitude, the navigation between individual screens is very fast and comfortable.

Key Production Indicators

Screen: KVV - Quantitative analysis of production

The module KPI provides a summary statistic view of finished production. The results of analyses can be displayed as pie and column charts or tables. Simultaneously, the data may be exported for further use to formats XML and CSV.
